Anshula Yuvaraj, a graduate in Psychology and Masters in HR from University of Allahabad, has worked for 22 plus years in the Human Resources function. She has been associated with Consulting, Media, Shipping and ITES organizations.
She has led diverse portfolios; as Function Head, Head of Organization Development & Talent Management, Head Work Force Transition (M&A); handled Generalist, Specialist and COE responsibilities; led large teams in complex & matrix organizations, start-ups. Her longest stint was with Wipro Ltd, and last assignment being Global Head OD & Talent Management & India HR Head for BPS Business of Wipro.
Anshula is passionate about designing and executing large scale change management & transformation projects, impacting long and short-term business goals. Her core competence lies in Org design & Development, People Performance Processes, Leadership pipeline growth and retention, Post-merger integration design and deployment, governance models, process improvement & standardization. She has extensive exposure handling workplace harassment & grievance cases.
After a successful corporate career, Anshula quit her job to freelance as a Strategic HR Advisor, Mentor & Coach, and focus her energies on creating impact in the social sector and small start-ups by advising them on nuances of People management, Leadership development and devising people strategy.
Anshula has spent her childhood with academician parents in engineering college campuses in upcountry towns. She likes to read, travel & paint. She lives in Noida with her teenage son and husband who is also a HR professional.
